  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the filling ingredients: lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, maple syrup, and tapioca flour.
  5. Pour the filling over the baked crust. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
