  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  4. Spread the red bean paste over the biscuit base.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Stir in the sour cream.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the red bean paste.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but still slightly wobbly in the center.
  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake rest in the oven for 2 hours.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  12. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
