  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter. Spoon a teaspoon of raspberry jam into each cup, then top with more batter.
