Raspberry Pavlova

Gradually add the caster sugar while whisking continuously until the mixture becomes thick and glossy.

Gently fold in the cornstarch and white vinegar.

Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circle with a slight indentation in the center.

Bake for 90 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Place the pavlova on a serving plate and fill the indentation with whipped cream.

Top with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with icing sugar.
