Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch square baking pan.

Spread raspberry jam over the oat mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the jam.

Gently press fresh raspberries into the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
