Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough comes together.

Press the dough into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the dough.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.

Top with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
