Raspberry Bars
Raspberry bars are a popular summer treat that combines the sweetness of raspberries with a buttery crust.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, and unsalted butter. Mix until crumbly.

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the raspberries, egg, and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool for 30 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.

Cut into bars and serve.
