  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and creme de menthe liqueur.
  3. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the cake pops rest for 1 hour.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate.
  7. Add green food coloring to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  8. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  9. Sprinkle the cake pops with sprinkles.
  10. Place the cake pops back on the baking sheet and let the chocolate set.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
