  1. Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  2. Add lemon juice and stir until the milk curdles.
  3. Strain the curdled milk using a muslin cloth.
  4. Rinse the cheese under cold water to remove lemon flavor.
  5. Squeeze out excess water and knead the cheese until smooth.
  6. Divide the cheese into small portions and shape them into flat discs.
  7. In a separate pan, heat water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  8. Add the cheese discs to the sugar syrup and simmer for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the discs from the syrup and let them cool.
  10. Garnish with cardamom powder, saffron strands, almonds, and pistachios.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
