Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the blackberries and sliced almonds.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
