In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, yeast, and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape and sprinkle garlic, parmesan cheese, mixed herbs, olive oil, and salt evenly over the surface.

Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the longer sides.

Place the rolled dough on a greased baking sheet and let it rise for another 10 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
