Quick Pecan Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together chopped pecans, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.

Spread half of the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle half of the pecan mixture over the batter.

Repeat with the remaining batter and pecan mixture.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
