In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.

Place a muffin tin in the oven to heat up for a few minutes.

Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and add a small amount of vegetable oil to each cup.

Pour the batter evenly into the cups, filling them about halfway.

Place the muffin tin back in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the puddings are puffed and golden brown.
