Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of quatre épices blend.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chicken breasts until browned on both sides.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the chicken stock and remaining quatre épices blend to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken to the skillet and transfer to the preheated oven.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the skillet from the oven and stir in the cream.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
