Fruit tarts have been enjoyed since ancient times and were often served as a symbol of wealth and luxury.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the pie crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the prepared pie crust.

Arrange the mixed fruits on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Allow the tart to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
