In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.

Spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and smooth the top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.

While the cake is baking, prepare the cream cheese walnut filling by beating together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Place a clean kitchen towel on top of the cake and carefully flip it onto the towel.

Starting at one end, roll the cake up tightly with the towel.
