  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, and cocoa powder over low heat.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and pecans. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined. Spread the filling over the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the filling.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth. Pour the chocolate topping over the whipped cream layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
