Pumpkin Muffins
Pumpkin muffins are a popular treat during the fall season, especially around Halloween and Thanksgiving. They are often enjoyed with a warm cup of coffee or tea.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and milk.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the walnuts.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
