  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, amaretto liqueur, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
