Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Melt butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook for 3-4 minutes until apples are slightly softened.

Pour the batter over the apples in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
