Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/2 cup of the praline pecans. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 2 hours.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Before serving, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining praline pecans.

Cut into bars and serve chilled.
