Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.

In a pan, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden.

Add the corn kernels and cook for a few minutes.

In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, sautéed onion and corn, flour, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Shape the mixture into croquettes.

Dip each croquette into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and let them rest for 10 minutes.
