  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Shape the mixture into small cutlets.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
