Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into small cutlets.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
