Mike’s Spicy House Noodles

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for a minute.

Add mixed vegetables and tofu. Cook for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and chili sauce.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce mixture over them. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and garnish with chopped spring onions.
