  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast mixture.
  4. Stir until the dough comes together, then knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
