Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mushroom caps with the oil mixture.

Place the mushrooms on the grill, cap side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Flip the mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Remove the mushrooms from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
