Polish Nalesniki
Nalesniki are often compared to French crepes, but they have a distinct Polish twist with the addition of jam or fruit preserves.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.

Serve the nalesniki warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar and topped with jam or fruit preserves.
