  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. Pierce the potatoes with a fork multiple times.
  3. Rub olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle salt on top.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  6. Cut a slit lengthwise on top of each potato and gently squeeze the ends to open them up.
  7. Fill each potato with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, black olives, green bell pepper, red onion, and dried oregano.
  8. Place the stuffed potatoes back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
