  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the sauce.
  5. Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  6. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops of the slices with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
