In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.
