Pizza Pockets
Pizza pockets were first introduced by the fast-food chain Pizza Hut in the 1980s and have since become a popular snack around the world.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.

Cut the dough into 4 equal squares.

Spread pizza sauce on each square, leaving a small border.

Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and black olives on top of the sauce.

Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder over the toppings.

Fold each square in half to create a pocket and seal the edges.

Brush the pockets with olive oil.

Place the pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the pizza pockets to cool for a few minutes before serving.
