  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a food processor, grind the pistachios until finely ground.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ground pistachios, flour, and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the orange juice, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  11. Cut the cooled cake into slices and serve with a dollop of orange cream and a drizzle of lavender honey.
