  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Using a knife, gently swirl the pumpkin mixture to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
