  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each puff pastry square.
  5. Top each square with a pineapple slice.
  6. Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the pineapple slice and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
