Drain the canned pineapple chunks and set aside.

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix condensed milk and whipped cream until well combined.

Heat the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds or until fully dissolved.

Add the dissolved gelatin to the condensed milk and whipped cream mixture and mix well.

Fold in the drained pineapple chunks.
