  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Crumble the cooled cake into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  8. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  10. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  11. Dip the cake balls into the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  12. Decorate with sprinkles.
  13. Let the chocolate set before serving.
