Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the macadamia nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the blondies are baking, prepare the caramel-maple topping. In a small saucepan, heat the caramel sauce and maple syrup over low heat until warmed through.

Once the blondies are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle the caramel-maple topping over the blondies.

Allow the blondies to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
