  2. Gradually add cold water, tossing with a fork until a ball forms.
  3. Divide the dough in half and shape into two discs. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Roll out one disc of dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a 9-inch pie plate.
