Raspberries are not technically berries, but rather aggregate fruits made up of many small individual fruits called drupelets.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 70 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, melted butter, and shredded coconut. Mix well.

Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle the fresh raspberries over the jam.

Mix the remaining one-third of the flour mixture with the sliced almonds. Sprinkle this mixture over the raspberries.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
