Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Fold in the persimmons, raisins, and chopped walnuts.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
