Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the frozen perogies, followed by half of the bacon, onion, and garlic mixture.

Repeat the layers with the remaining perogies and bacon mixture.

In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Pour over the perogies.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
