  7. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the chilled dark chocolate layer.
  8. Crush the candy canes and sprinkle them over the white chocolate layer.
  9. Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let it set for at least 1 hour.
  10. Once the bark is firm, break it into pieces and serve.
