  4. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and press each portion into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.
  5. Bake the tart shells in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the tart shells cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, fill each tart shell with your desired filling and serve.
