  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the toasted and chopped pecans, light corn syrup, packed light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Pour over the baked crust.
  5. Bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until set.
  6. Allow to cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
