Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the onion, celery, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, pear, pomegranate seeds, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Gradually add vegetable broth to the mixture until it reaches a moist consistency.

Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to brown.
