  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add almond flour, coconut flour, and salt to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded coconut and peanuts on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the bars.
  8. Allow the bars to cool for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
