  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into greased or lined muffin cups, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
