  1. Crush 12 Oreo cookies and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Take a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and place it on an Oreo cookie. Top with another Oreo cookie and press gently to create a sandwich.
  4. Repeat with the remaining cookies and cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Dip each Oreo sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies on top of each dipped Oreo sandwich.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
