  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the butter, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and green food coloring to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner 2/3 full with the batter.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool completely.
