  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter. Place a peanut butter cup in the center of each liner, then top with more batter until the liners are about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cupcakes.
